REQUIREMENT
In order to be able to use the app to its full extent, you must be insured with AOK PLUS, AOK Baden-Württemberg or AOK Nordwest.
You will also need your access data for the online portal “My AOK”. Don't have your login details yet? You can easily register in the “AOK NAVIDA” app.
SECURITY
Your data is protected in the best possible way - as a statutory health insurance company, AOK is obliged to do this. When data is collected or stored, it is done so anonymously.
