It also allows citizens to stay connected with city staff on the progress of their requests. Bixby Mobile Connect allows users to attach a photograph. The app also utilizes adjustable GPS for clearer reporting. Citizens can report multiple types of issues, view other user’s previous and active status reports. Citizens will also find quick links to Frequently Asked Questions, Utility Payments and various other services offered by the City of Bixby.​
