HEIDI

HEIDI is a mobile application for residents of the ISCO-CH houses in the New City.

The app allows you to:
• communicate with neighbors and Welltown management company staff in built-in chats, vote on shared decisions, and promptly submit maintenance requests.
• monitor apartment meter readings and transmit them to the management company.
• receive and pay utility bills, and manage your expenses.
• control gates and wickets located in the building's grounds.
• receive calls from the intercom panel on smartphones and regular phones.
• view images from video cameras, parking lots, and playgrounds.
Residents of the Welltown and Yalav residential complexes can use the app to manage their Smart Home system from anywhere in the world, create convenient scenarios with clear settings, quickly manage the sensor system and home appliances, and notify about emergency situations—these and other modern Smart Home features are available in the Heidi app.
