Unified Family Survey

Official app for conducting the Unified Family Survey across Andhra Pradesh.

The Unified Family Survey (UFS) app is developed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh
to update and verify the GSWS Household Database - the foundation for all welfare scheme
delivery in the State.

Through this app, authorized GSWS surveyors can:
• Verify and correct household and member details
• Add or remove members from household using Aadhaar eKYC
• Capture household information which includes housing, address etc,.
• Record location and validate data securely

The app supports Aadhaar-based authentication, offline data entry,
geo-tagging, and integration with the GSWS database.

Data collected is stored securely and used only for official welfare and policy purposes.
