What's New in this version

Welcome to the September Boom Beach update!
This update contains several fixes and quality of life updates, including:
Classified items (Safes) always award full resource value.
Proto Troop upgrades moved to the Workshop.
Proto Troops can be included in Troop presets and reinforced automatically.
Threat reduction can be applied to Hammerman Strikes back and War Factory.
Numerous other bug fixes and improvements.
