- Fixed two main issues: development algorithm meant mid teams were getting really good players after development, second issue was seeding formula was purely based on resume score rather than having a quality indicator, meant strong teams were sometimes being seeded below teams that were clearly worse due to how resume scores are calculated.
- Also changed the win probability to be based on power rating instead of overalls.
