What's New in this version

I am continuing to work on the issues everyone has reported, as well as suggestions I am receiving.  Thank you for patience while I add back the missing features.
Items fixed or added in this release:
- Casting
- Bluetooth instabilty
- Now saves playback position when the app is closed.
- Restore playback position when the app restarts.
I am working on some other really exciting features.
