Surge Ninja is a professional obstacle training program. Ninja’s learn enhanced agility in combination with the ability to jump, swing, traverse, climb, balance & roll through the course obstacles. Each obstacle will include the appropriate flexibility and conditioning stations enhancing the athletes strength to achieve the obstacles.
