The INAIL app allows you to access some of the Institute's services directly from your mobile phone and offers constantly updated information. This project is constantly growing thanks to feedback from users.

This app allows you to view the status and details of your accident, occupational disease, and annuity claims, including related provisions and payments.

HOUSEWIFE INSURANCE
This app allows you to sign up for home accident insurance, download your insurance certificate, and view payment notices for policy renewals.

NEWS
This app allows you to view and consult the latest news published by the Institute.

DIGITAL COUNTER
This app allows you to book an appointment at an INAIL office.

UNIQUE CERTIFICATIONS
This service allows you to consult a list of your Unique Certifications and save them to your device.

MYCHAT
Using MyChat, you can receive real-time assistance from our chatbot or speak with an operator.

REHABILITATION
This service allows you to access informational materials and multimedia content dedicated to rehabilitation.

INAIL RESPONDS
This service allows you to submit requests for support, to request regulatory and procedural information, and to submit reports.

MY REQUESTS
This service shows you the list of support requests you've submitted through the Inail Answers service. You can view the details, progress, and access request management options (cancellation or addition of information).

LOCATIONS
This service allows you to locate the nearest Inail office on the map that best suits your needs, view details and office hours, and request directions.

INTEMPO
Allows you to queue remotely at the relevant INAIL office by selecting it from the map or by scanning the QR code found at the office.

FAQ
Allows you to consult the list of answers to frequently asked questions.
