Muscle Best Training is a simple sports-focused task manager designed to help you plan and track your training routine. Create tasks inside sports categories, break them into subtasks, mark progress, and use a built-in stopwatch for sessions with lap tracking.The app uses a clean black/yellow/white style with a custom font and smooth navigation between screens.
