NEWROZ FITNESS is the mobile app for members of our local gym. It is meant for a small, invited group of people who train with us—not a general public fitness marketplace.With the app you can:
• Browse workout categories and training content we publish for our members
• Sign in with the personal code we give you at the gym
• Open your assigned program and follow day-by-day plans
• View updates, posts, and media we share for the community
• Manage your profile and stay on track between visits
The app works together with our gym’s system. If you are not a member or have not received a login code, you will not be able to use the full experience.
