There are etiquettes, conditions, and expressions for supplication, which the author Ibn Taymiyyah compiled in his book "The Good Words." This book provides believers with a guide to choosing supplications that are often difficult to utter. These supplications can be found throughout the chapters of this book, including: Remembrances that should not be repeated excessively; remembrances at the beginning and end of the day; remembrances before sleep; supplications after the Tashahhud in prayer; remembrances that bring sustenance and honor guests; remembrances for distress, sadness, and grief; the most beloved words: "God is the guide of the Quran"; and the marriage sermon and its supplication.

Al-Kalim al-Tayyib is a book in which Ibn Taymiyyah compiled several Prophetic hadiths about the supplications a Muslim should recite daily for various matters. The book begins with an introduction emphasizing the importance of remembrance of God (dhikr).

Author: Ahmad ibn Abd al-Halim ibn Abd al-Salam ibn Abd Allah ibn Abi al-Qasim al-Khidr al-Numayri al-Harrani al-Dimashqi al-Hanbali, Abu al-Abbas, Taqi al-Din Ibn Taymiyyah (661-728 AH / 1263-1328 CE). He was an imam and a leading scholar of Islam. He was born in Harran, and his father moved him to Damascus, where he excelled and became renowned. He was summoned to Egypt because of a fatwa he had issued. Upon his arrival, he faced hostility from some of its inhabitants and was imprisoned for a time before being transferred to Alexandria. After his release, he traveled to Damascus in 712 AH, where he was arrested again in 720 AH. He was released, then re-arrested, and died in prison in the Damascus Citadel. The entire city of Damascus turned out for his funeral. He was a prolific scholar of various branches of wisdom and a proponent of religious reform. A master of exegesis and jurisprudence, eloquent and fluent, his writing and speech were in perfect harmony. In al-Durar al-Kaminah, it is mentioned that he debated with scholars, presented arguments, and excelled in knowledge and exegesis, issuing legal opinions and teaching before the age of twenty. His writings, according to al-Durar, may exceed four thousand notebooks, while Fawāt al-Wafayat states they reach three hundred volumes, including: *al-Siyasah al-Shar'iyyah* (Islamic Governance), *al-Fatawa* (Legal Opinions), *al-Iman* (Faith), *Minhaj al-Sunnah* (The Path of the Sunnah), *al-Furqan bayna Awliya' Allah wa Awliya' al-Shaytan* (The Criterion Between the Friends of God and the Friends of Satan), *al-Wasitah bayna al-Haqq wa al-Khalq* (The Mediator Between Truth and Creation), *al-Qawa'id al-Nuraniyyah al-Fiqhiyyah* (The Luminous Principles of Jurisprudence), *al-Sarim al-Maslul 'ala Shatim al-Rasul* (The Drawn Sword Against the One Who Insults the Messenger), and others.

- How beautiful are these good words, and how beautiful is the one who uttered them! A collection of hadiths narrated from the Chosen Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him... hadiths and supplications that protect, fortify, and safeguard us, and are sustenance for us. And among their virtues is that they draw us closer to the Almighty, the Exalted. 💜

Khadija

- In the name of God... Ibn Taymiyyah, may God have mercy on him, compiled in this book the verses and hadiths by which one draws closer to God, the Exalted. He began first, may God have mercy on him, with the virtue of remembrance, then listed the supplications. He commented only once on the hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in the opening of the prayer, "I have turned my face towards the One Who created the heavens..." (You will find it in the fifth hadith in the chapter (Opening of the prayer) May God have mercy on the Sheikh, forgive him, bless his works, and elevate his rank in Paradise, O Lord of the Worlds.
