We believe in MOVEMENT and HARMONY, and we deliver the EXPERIENCE. ELEMENTS PILATES & DANCE is a luxurious movement studio in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn offering Contemporary Pilates, Yoga, Zumba and Heels classes. Our unique classes merge all movement modalities exploring body limits, joy of movement, and body sensuality within a unique ambiance representing natures’ elements - fire, water, earth, and air.
We use the top-of-the-line Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Pilates Chair, Spine Corrector) by Balanced Body that provides endless creativity and versatility to enhance your workout experience and deliver results. We focus on mindful functional fitness saturated with our passion for Pilates, obsession with form and flow, and infused with endless positive energy. Some of our specialty classes will be accompanied by live music performances to heighten your senses.
To meet a variety of budgets and scheduling flexibility, we offer drop-in rates, class packages, and membership opportunities with all the perks. Try us out for either two weeks of unlimited classes ($150) OR three classes ($70) and experience our community and all that we have to offer!
