Cateno Innovation and Training Program

Hackateno 2024 is a training, innovation, internal process improvement program and, above all, it will stimulate motivation and integration between teams and employees.

He will work on interdisciplinarity, self-confidence, creativity, innovation, processes and projects.

To begin with, this name in English is the combination of two other terms in the same language: "hack" refers to programming and "marathon" is a reference to the actual running competition. In other words, hackathon means a coding marathon. Hackateno is inspired by Hackathon.

Hackateno challenges professionals and encourages problem solving; works on trust and leadership between teams, opens space for new ideas and encourages creative problem solving. It will also work on skills for innovative solutions, encouraging creative problem solving; promoting the exchange of practical knowledge and networking between company professionals.

There will be a journey of steps to be completed, there will not be a competition, but a selection of solutions to be applied in a synergistic way. Everyone will win, especially Cateno!
