MindBodyU

MindBodyU is a research study app designed for young people in South Carolina.

MindBodyU is an adaptation of the app, HMP, which covers a range of health and lifestyle topics to support users’ diverse backgrounds and varying needs over time. MindBodyU provides physical health, mental health, and wellness information and resources relevant to young people in South Carolina.

HMP was created by Lisa Hightow-Weidman, MD, MPH, a public health scientist. The principal investigator for the MindBodyU study is Dr. Sayward Harrison, PhD, a health psychologist at the University of South Carolina.
