Runway state message Decoder

This app allow you to quickly and accurately decode a runway state group.

When an airport has issued a runway state report (exemple: R14L/421594), it will show up at within the METAR/TAF section of Airports. Tapping on the coded message and pressing DECODE button will result in the app automatically decoding it into plain English in accordance with latest Jeppesen revision. Simple, quick and accurate.
If a friction coefficient is used on the code, the app show the two results: friction code and its related Braking action .
Runway state message Decoder take into account the special cases and the usual ones and tell you if there is something wrong.
Using the "How?" button give a brief explanation of the figure group RDD/ECeeBB.
