What is Soundarya Lahari?
There are 100 verses in the composition Soundarya Lahari. Every phrase contains a siddhi of Lalita Mata as well as wisdom that is concealed as seed mantras. There is a distinct deity in every verse. Every shloka has its own unique yantra. The main sadhana is srividya, and one of its branches is the soundarya lahari sadhana. Every sloka is done in order to achieve some sort of spiritual success as well as worldly pleasure and delight. Devotees will see immediate results from this exercise. A practice of the Shakti Tantra, it yields benefits immediately. Lalita Mata is the source from which all Sloka Yogini emerged. You must have Srividya initiation in order to do soundarya lahari. However, you can recite slokas for the mother's happiness up until you receive initiation.
