In the Triboo - Soul Habitat app, you can book your classes, manage your plans and review your progress at any time. We are a community that was born with the purpose of transforming energies through movement to lead you to a process of personal evolution. Through our rides you will go through different terrains and speeds in sync with the music and the movement of the body, developing your maximum physical capacity, strength and resistance in a safe space, connecting body, mind and emotions in total presence and awareness of your BEING.
Our rides are 50 and 60 minute sessions where cardiovascular work is mixed with strength work on a bicycle, as well as the coordination and execution of movements on it, managing to activate all the muscles of the body. Each ride is a different experience and our coaches will make each class a unique session, however we have some specific types of rides such as Full mountain, Endurance, Power Hour, Double Weights or Stage 3. Each one designed for a specific functionality in your process of evolution. Dare to challenge your limits, embrace your processes and love every stage of your progress.
