Govin Secure Intranet is an initiative in the domain of G2E with the target audience comprising of all Ministries and Departments. It provides plethora of features and access to multiple applications thorough a single sign-on without logging separately into those applications. The list includes applications such as eMail, eOffice, SPARROW, Bharat VC, eHRMS, Ministry Performance Dashboard & websites, and PRAYAS Portal. The application includes modules such as Interactive Dashboard, Calendar Scheduler, Task Management, Goal Tracker, Correspondence etc.
The cutting-edge application, with advanced UI/UX features similar to those of Google Calendar/ Microsoft Teams etc., allows you to manage your daily calendar, set goals and track them, schedule meetings, assign team tasks and monitor progress, plan events, share pre-reads or documents for meetings in the meeting link itself, and even leverage the Minutes of the Meeting (MoM) format for quick documentation of the meeting!
