In In On At Trainer, gameplay is built around connecting prepositions with the correct words or time expressions. The screen presents two columns: one with prepositions such as “in”, “on”, and “at”, and another with matching phrases like “morning”, “weekend”, or “11 AM”. By tapping a preposition and then selecting the correct word, you create a connection between them. If the match is correct, a green line remains on the screen along with a subtle sound effect, reinforcing the correct choice. If the match is incorrect, a red line appears briefly and disappears after a moment, allowing you to try again without interruption.

Each session contains ten pairs to complete. The goal is to connect all pairs correctly and finish the session, after which a completion screen appears with a smooth transition to the next round or the main menu. The app keeps track of how many sessions you complete, encouraging steady progress over time without adding pressure through scoring systems.

In On At Trainer also includes a two-player mode that introduces a more dynamic way to practice. Players take turns under a one-minute timer, aiming to connect as many correct pairs as possible. A single mistake or the end of the timer concludes the turn, after which the result is shown and passed to the next player. At the end of the game, final results are displayed, highlighting the winner or indicating a draw, making the experience both educational and interactive.

To support learning, the app provides a dedicated rules section where prepositions are explained through clear examples.
