Card game Makao against one, two, or three computer opponents

Makao is a variant of the Crazy Eights game with more complicated rules. It is popular in Poland.
The goal of the game is to get rid of cards in ones hand before the opponents do. Played card must match the rank or the suite of the previous card.
Many cards have special functions, twos and threes make the next player draw cards, fours make them skip a turn, jack and aces allow people to pick a suite or rank for the next card, etc.
