Medinexus Mobile for Patients

View diagnostic reports and images using Medinexus Mobile for patients.

Medinexus Mobile for Patients is used to access reports and images for patients of diagnostic providers (radiologists, pathologists and hospitals) who have implemented Medinexus. You should always discuss your report with your doctor before you read the report yourself.

When you leave your diagnostic provider they should provide you with a ‘Practice ID’, a 'Patient ID' and an 'Accession Number' that you can use together with your name and date of birth details to register for a username and password. Once you have a login name and have set a password you can use those login details again without the need to register if you have another study done. You will have a different login name for each different provider that you may visit and you need to register for each different provider.

Medinexus Mobile for Patients allows you to view diagnostic reports of any studies as well as the images or attachments for these studies by clicking the 'View Images' button at the bottom of the report.
