A custom forecast model runs every 6 hours (00Z, 06Z, 12Z, 18Z)

Controls: per‑type toggles and minimum severity (yellow/amber/red)

Quiet hours: master toggle with custom start/end

Status screen: last/next check, last run_id, “Next forecast availability (approx),” quiet‑hours status

Notifications history: see recent alerts/forecasts (with filters and “Clear all”)
“Check now” to fetch updates on demand

Privacy‑friendly: no accounts or data collection; all settings stay on your device
