ZP211 - mobile version of the Life Card project (Karta zivota)The application allows policyholders of Health insurance of Home Office of the Czech Republic (ZP MV CR, ZP211) to gain instant access to information (or their children's information) on:
- Health (allergies, chronic illnesses, blood group, medications, family history, surgery, accidents, ...).
- Expenses of health care in the last 3 years (listing personal account)
- Health diary - it serves to alert the insured to the terms of vaccinations, preventive medical examinations and screening programs and allows the insured to enter your own event.
- Medical organisations (Emergency, Pharmacy, Dentist, ...), search by distance, navigation
- News
In case of emergency it is possible to send SMS with emergent information including the current position or call the close person.
