Tic Tac Toe is a fast, simple, friendly, and enjoyable game, played between two players. The game is played on an X-Y pair of locusts on a square, nine by nine grid. Each person chooses a color and rolls a pair of dice. Whoever marks off the three-by-three grid first wins the game.
