- Feedback and suggestions service: Send feedback and suggestions to the city government through the Da Nang Suggestion application.
- Bus Lookup Service: use the search features, track the operation of Da Nang buses through Dana Bus application, BusMap application
- Open Data mining service through Open Data Portal (Congdulieu.vn)
- Look up epidemiological information, Covid-19 map
- Performing Public Services: performing public services online through the Public Service Portal application
- Support service from the community via Kuuho application: help users make support requests in emergency situations; call for help (broken car, repair electricity, water, etc.) or give feedback and suggestions (Link to Da Nang Feedback Portal);
- Give and Take App: Give/give or search for free valuable items to be given away through the Give and Take app.
- Access information on management activities of Da Nang city at the city web portal (danang.gov.vn)
- Free public toilet search service via Comfort As Home app
- Paid parking service in Hai Chau district through My Parking application
- Access hotline and utilities of Call Center 1022 such as Zalo Switchboard 1022, Chatbot 1022... through the "Utilities" section
