Okey is a game of chance, logic, and memory played with rectangular tiles arranged on racks. It is a game of the Rummy family, played with a set of 106 tiles, and is highly popular among Turkish communities in Turkey and abroad.
The faces of the tiles are numbered from 1 to 13, with the numbers printed in various colours.
In addition there are two special tiles without numbers - these are known in this game as "false jokers".
At the beginning of the game, each player is dealt 14 tiles. During each turn, players draw and discard one tile. The player who correctly arranges their 14 tiles into valid pairs and runs first wins the game.
