The Pesona application is an application used by BPJS Health to carry out contribution collection visits with a distinction between 2 users, namely:
JKN Cadres: JKN Cadres use this application to record visits to Individual Participants who are in arrears. Some of the features that will be used by JKN cadres are the Delinquent Participants feature, the visit feature, the activity recording feature resulting from visits, and bill printing.
Billing Staff: Billing staff utilize this application to make visits to Employers and Local Government
