Quest Lab Alert for Physicians

Receive patients’ STAT and Priority results notifications on your mobile device.

Quest Lab Alert for Physicians is a companion to the Quanum® Lab Services Manager application, both providing access to the same Priority and STAT results notifications. When a notification is received, you can click the notification to immediately view and acknowledge the results within the app. Results that are acknowledged via Quest Lab Alert for Physicians display the same acknowledgement message that appears when they are acknowledged within the Quanum Lab Services Manager application.

Quest Diagnostics will not call your practice regarding STAT or Priority results that have been acknowledged electronically via Quest Lab Alert for Physicians, as long as the acknowledgement is received in advance of the deadline.
