This is a mobile app in support of the REVEAL Study. You will only be able to login and utilize this mobile application if you have been contacted and received an email invitation to register.
The app will provide you with a secure login to the study, reminders of when it's time to submit data, a daily diary, and surveys to submit your responses. You will also be able to securely capture and submit videos through the app.
