The Press Advertisement Agency's advertising portal, ilan.gov.tr, is the publication medium for official announcements, along with periodicals, pursuant to the Press Advertisement Agency Law, the State Procurement Law, the Public Procurement Law, the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, the Notification Law, and the Turkish Civil Code.
Official announcements, published in all 81 provinces through the Agency's Regional Directorates under the main categories of Enforcement, Tender, Notification, and Personnel Recruitment, can be accessed through the ilan.gov.tr ​​mobile app.
