Helping AMHPs and Doctors through the Section 12 mental health pathway.

S12 Solutions is an app and website, founded by an Approved Mental Health Professional, which supports mental health crisis care pathway efficiency and compliance, leaving mental health professionals more time to focus on service users and their rights.

S12 Solutions helps ensure that service users are assessed in a timely way by the team best suited to their needs.

Section 12 approved doctors (doctors) can add their current and future availability to their Diary.

Doctors can also manage their Profile, adding and updating their contact details, as well as information about their location while they’re available, and areas of expertise, such as Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services

AMHPs can search for, contact and book nearby, available doctors, as per the MHA assessment criteria.

Digital claims
Doctors can review, complete and submit digital claims for MHA assessments to paying organisations, and review the status of their claims.

Digital MHA forms
Where this feature is enabled, AMHPs and doctors can create, share and sign digital MHA forms.
