The app connects you to your doctor and health coach and provides digital health feedback and support.

SugoSure is a structured programme which sets targets for key diabetes and lifestyle indicators and helps you achieve these with digital feedback and support from a diabetes-specialized, nursing-registered health coach.

SugoSure also includes remote monitoring by your doctor to identify and resolve problems sooner and help you achieve tighter blood glucose control.

The SugoSure program is delivered to you through the Patient App which helps you to log your blood glucose readings, diet and exercises. Track your progress through the app's charts and indicators and learn how to manage your lifestyle to achieve better diabetes control supported by your health coach and SugoBot, SugoSure's diabetes chatbot.

The app integrates with Google Fit to read your steps data and interpret this in the context of your diabetes management plan.
