The TENA SmartCare Change Indicator™ helps professional caregivers decide when to change absorbent products by providing real-time information on the residents they care for.

Using the latest technology, the Change Indicator tracks urine levels in TENA absorbent products. Notifications regarding the saturation level of each resident's absorbent product are sent to the caregiver's mobile phone via the TENA SmartCare Professional Care app.

Before you can sign in and start using the app, you need a username and password. An administrator at your care home will set up a username and password for you in the TENA SmartCare dashboard.

The app enables you to view the saturation status of all residents' absorbent products.
