Agung is tired of helping Arip to go to the hospital and Arip seems to be still in a coma, not yet conscious.
There's nothing like Arip's current state unless you play this game.
In this game you will play as Arip, and that was before, Agung is still "sleeping". Sometimes Agung is annoying, sometimes good and sometimes useless.
