The legendary Jack Powis, with over 50 years of long-distance riding experience, founded Long Distance Riders (LDR) in 2007. Since then, he has personally certified over 2,000 riders around the globe — recognizing their dedication, endurance, and commitment to the spirit of motorcycling.

Victor, with more than 30 years of riding experience, serves as the LDR Ambassador for the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent. In April 2025, he launched World of Bikers (WoB) — a digital platform that extends the legacy of LDR into the online world.
