什麼是新接龍
保羅・阿里菲爾(Paul Alfille)是新接龍的發明者。他在伊利諾伊大學工作，於1978年編寫了該遊戲的第一個計算機版本。
對於新接龍來說最具挑戰性的部分是幾乎99.999%的牌局都可以被破解，這就是為什麼人們會覺得新接龍是一個謎一般的遊戲。遇到不能破解的牌局是非常罕見的，所以當你發現真的無法找到獲勝的方法，重啟新的遊戲然後再試一次。

遊戲規則
新接龍的目標是創造四個牌堆在目標放置區，相同花色以升序排列（從Ace到國王K)。在上方的這四個 “自由欄位”是用來暫時存放卡牌的地方。你可以自由地移動任一卡牌去一個空的欄位。卡牌能被移到牌疊或是牌疊中央，舉例來說，移動的目標位置的上一張卡牌是相反花色且比該卡牌大一點。
