How it works

Using the app is intentionally simple:
1. Open the app
2. Tap Check in
3. Close the app

If no check-in is detected for 48 hours, the app automatically sends a calm, factual email to a designated emergency contact, suggesting they check in.

Emails are sent once per day for up to three days, and stop immediately when the user checks in again.
