“My Armavir” is a city-wide platform for joint city management with the functions of up-to-date information about various events and news. The portal is being created and developed according to the standards of the departmental project of the Ministry of Construction “Smart City”.

The following modules are available to all residents:

Messages
Send messages according to the available problem types. Your request automatically goes to the right organization. You can monitor the progress of work according to your message, and monitor changes in status. If clarifying questions arise, a chat is provided between the user (resident) and the dispatcher of the organization responsible for eliminating this problem. Upon completion of the work, you can evaluate the quality of the service provided or reject the decision if you are not satisfied with the decision made by the contractor.

Repair work
Find out about power outages, heating, cold and hot water. The application always provides up-to-date information on repair work for the entire city. Subscribe to the addresses you are interested in and receive sound notifications with information on planned and emergency shutdowns in your home.

Alerts
Receive notifications about important city events: a poster with a schedule of city holidays, messages about road repairs and detour routes, storm warnings from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and much more.

City projects
In this section you will find a lot of interesting information about how our city is developing. Here you will find all the projects being implemented and planned for implementation and you will be able to find out what has already been built in past years. Your opinion is also important to us, so we have provided the opportunity to receive feedback and suggestions for improving projects from you.

How it works?
The functioning of the portal in the city is carried out by the city’s development and life support services

Information about outages comes directly from official sources: resource supply organizations, departments of the City Administration, dispatch services and management companies.

Information about city alerts, plans of city authorities and news comes from departments and the press service of the Armavir City Administration.

Information in the application is posted and processed by the following departments and institutions of the city of Armavir:
- Administration of the municipal district of Armavir
and other organizations.
