SCIENTIFIC PROTOCOL
The app guides you through a standardized load test designed specifically for Taekwondo:
• 3 rounds of 45 seconds: Perform Bandal Chagui at maximum speed, alternating legs.
• 3 rests of 30 seconds: Controlled recovery phases.
• Recovery Analysis: The third rest period is required to measure Heart Rate Recovery (HRR) and determine real fitness status.
