Mobile App for Quick Response team to accept, reach and resolve the Breakdown cases for Tata Alert. This app will also be used by our QRT to update the reach time, case acceptance, closure, mode of travel etc. Through this tool Call Centre team can identify the nearest workshop QRT for case assignment and monitoring.
