Ohmylife is an app created by Gosia Ohme – a psychologist, journalist, and guide to a good life. It's a space for women who want to take care of themselves and be part of a supportive community.

Additionally, the app features expert interviews, mindfulness practices, and event reports. Everything takes place in an intimate space, free from ads and distractions.

Mindfulness Academy
The third pillar is the Mindfulness Academy – a content library that acts as a personal mindfulness studio. Here you'll find guided meditations, breathing and relaxation exercises, therapeutic stories, nature sounds, and binaural noises that support sleep, concentration, and regeneration. These are tools that will help you better care for your body and mind in your daily life.
