After installing Assist IT Support from the app store, the user can immediately request support, without creating an account or performing any complex setup.

Upon opening, the application automatically generates a unique, temporary code, clearly displayed on the screen.

This code is used solely to establish the connection with the technician who will assist the user.

Simply provide the code to the technician using their preferred method: phone, text message, or email. No connection is possible until the code is entered.

Simple and Controlled Mobile Support
When the technician enters the code, the user receives a clear acceptance request from the Assist IT Support application, displaying:
- the technician's name and email address
- the technician's company
- two simple choices: accept or decline
The session only starts if the user explicitly accepts.
If declined, the connection is immediately canceled and nothing is shared.
The user retains complete control:
• no access without their consent,
• no automated actions,
• no data transmitted without validation.

Real-Time Screen View
Once the session is accepted, the technician can see the user's screen live.

This visual assistance is ideal for quickly resolving issues, even remotely.

The session can be ended at any time by the user or the technician.
At the end of the session, the code expires automatically and cannot be reused.

Accessibility Service Assistance
To enable effective support, Assist IT Support offers the option to activate the application's accessibility service, but only during a support session that the user has agreed to.

By activating this service, the remote technician can, if necessary:
• perform clicks on your behalf
• scroll through screens
• navigate menus
• assist in configuring settings or applications
